Polini XP4 110cc 4-stroke minicross bike
Polini XP4 110cc 4-stroke minicross bike
Looking into the future, Polini Motor designed this new bike with a XR 50 / CRF 50 replica style 4 -stroke air-cooled engine with bore and a stroke of 52.4x49.5 107cc and four speed transmission and manual clutch. Engine has crankcases made in light alloy die-cast. The gear ratio is specific for the off road tracks. The 22mm carburetor is by Mikuni. Polini has hi-performance engine kits available for anyone who wants even more power. 4-valve head kit or big bore cylinder kit is available. The technical solutions are very refined on this new Polini XP4 minicross bike. The bike is designed with the latest innovative frame design. The new open single beam frame with lateral steel box-type stays and the trapezoidal swing arm, this bike lets you exploit all the horsepower. The frame structure optimizes the weight distribution, assuring great improvements, such as better handling and stability on uneven ground.

The front and rear suspension are the best available for a mini 4-stroke bike. The suspension performance is used directly from Polini's racing success from the 2-stroke X3 bikes. Using heavy-duty motocross suspension Polini designed the XP4 for adult riders. Rear suspension is a single innovation shock design, using an existing Polini racing success from the X3 2-stroke bikes. Also available is a Polini upgrade kit for a piggyback reservoir hi-performance shock.

The new Polini XP4 - 4 STROKE is a modern minicross bike. It has been designed with great care in the details, such as all Polini products. From the frame to the shock absorbers, from the main design to the finishing touches every single detail has been studied to satisfy the needs of all riders.
  • The Paoli hydraulic fork has 33mm fork tubes and has heavy-duty springs for adult riders. Legs have suspension travel of 175mm. The steering tube is placed on cylindrical roller bearings that are the best solution to grant stability on the steady pounding of motocross riding.
  • Exhaust system is handmade with final silencer made of light alloy with oval section; it optimizes the best horsepower gains while keeping the noise level low.
  • Sealed plastic air box has a washable sponge filter with open micro-cells.
  • Mechanical disc brakes measure 150mm (both front and back). A hydraulic front and rear brake kit is also available as an up grade kit.
  • Handlebar is made with heavy-duty light alloy and is designed for taller (adult) riders.
  • The steel rims are assembled on light alloy hubs with straight pull spokes. Aluminum rims are available as an upgrade kit.
  • Seat is covered with non-slip gripper material.
